June Prayer Lunch Sign-Up

Please join us at RCA for the Community Prayer Lunch on June 29 from noon until 1:00 p.m. Daniel Eldridge, President of RCA, will be speaking to us.

The menu for the day includes grilled burgers, baked beans, chips, and dessert. As always the cost is $5, and you can pay at the door.

Thank you to everyone who attended the February community prayer lunch. Jim Black did a great job presenting the message, and we really appreciate his involvement at RCA!

Our prayer lunch for the month of March is scheduled for Wednesday, March 30 from noon to 1:00 p.m. Mike Johnson from West End Baptist Church will be our speaker, and a student from RCA will lead the prayer for our community.

Hello Everyone,

We are sorry about the cancellation of the January prayer lunch due to the winter weather threat, but we hope all of you can make it to the February Community Prayer Lunch on Wednesday, February 23.

Jim Black from Washington Street Church of Christ will be our speaker this month and one of our seniors at RCA will say the prayer for our community.

Mrs. Sandi Bradford will be serving roast beef, mashed potatoes, green beans, a roll, and dessert.

A big thank you to all who came to RCA's November prayer lunch! We are continuing to have great attendance at the lunches. Everyone at RCA feels blessed to have so many members of the community on our campus for the prayer lunches every month.

Chris Jones from the Mimosa Church of Christ delivered a great message at the November lunch, and we appreciate his willingness to come and take the time out of his day to be a part of it.

The December prayer lunch is scheduled for Wednesday, December 29 from noon to 1:00 p.m. Travis Creasy from Riverside Christian Academy will present the message.

November Prayer Lunch Sign-Up List

Thanks to all who participated in the October Prayer Lunch! Kelly Fernandez from First United Methodist Church did a great job on the devotional thought for the day, and Chancellor J.B. Cox led an uplifting prayer for our community.

The November Prayer Lunch is scheduled for Wednesday, November 24, which is the day before Thanksgiving, so plan to come join us in giving thanks to God for all that He has blessed our community with.

We had great attendance for our first community prayer lunch today! Thank you to everyone who came and supported this effort and the Fayetteville/Lincoln County community through prayer. Brother Van Johnson from First Baptist gave a wonderful message and Admiral Frank Kelso led the group in prayer for our community.

The next prayer lunch is scheduled for October 27 from noon to 1:00 p.m. Brother Kelly Fernandez, Youth Minster at First United Methodist Church, will give the devotional and Chancellor J.B. Cox will lead us in prayer.

Community Prayer Luncheon

Riverside Christian Academy is celebrating its tenth anniversary by launching a service-based theme for the 2010-2011 school year. We believe we have been blessed by the community for the past ten years, and now it is our turn to serve the community. We are starting by hosting prayer luncheons on the last Wednesday of each month. September 29 will be the first prayer luncheon and everyone in the Fayetteville community is invited. We will pray for our community and the events that are happening. Please sign up and come be a part of this service!
